The Supreme Court orders the governments of Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab to immediately comply with all orders made by the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in the Delhi-NCR and surrounding areas. The court also requested compliance reports from all states and scheduled a hearing for Thursday.
