Dimitrovz by went to the dressing room between the third and fourth sets to get medical attention. He seems to be coping with a leg injury that is preventing him from moving freely. Following a fast hold by Tiafoe to begin the fourth set, Dimitrov led 40–15 in his service game before dropping the next four games to allow Tiafoe to take a break. Dimitrov might call it quits before this set ends, as Tiafoe leads 2-0.
